Meo's World Refund/Return policy


Special orders are non-returnable.
Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in unworn condition. Please notify Meo's World by phone or email before the return.The client is responsible for returning the item(s) prepaid and insured to Meo's World. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. I reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While my policies are firm for obvious reasons, I will do everything I can to work with you and make sure your experience with Meo's World is positive.

Complaints/Comments/Concerns
Any complaints (comments/concerns) about items may be sent to meosworld06@gmail.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution, but again, I'll do my best.

Custom Orders
I love being able to create a unique, personal item for customers and friends. If you are looking to buy a custom made item, contact me at meosworld06@gmail.com and we can chat about what you're looking for

Please note, when I make a custom item it may take some time (one to two weeks) to find the best materials and to make your item perfect. Please allow extra time on production and delivery of custom orders.

 

                        Shipping

 

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Please allow up to a week or so for processing and shipping, although items are usually shipped as soon as possible.

Please allow extra time for custom-made orders.

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation. In many cases, that means sending a new product to the buyer at no additional cost. If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible, but we'll do our best to resolve the situation.
